Air quality

In 2010, Anvisa issued resolution 09 that sets the standards of air quality and the procedures used by the surveillance, sanitary surveillance of work environments.

Sauber has a program of air quality, which analyzes samples taken in the environment, to profile aerobiocontamination. Are evaluated variables physical-chemical properties of the environment in parts of the air conditioning system.

The program allows for the identification of fungi and bacteria, preventing allergic reactions, and verification of the level of pollutants harmful to health, such as CO2.

We are qualified and accredited for the implementation of collection of samples for microbiological analysis, supervision and management of air quality.

Methodology

The methodology of collection and analysis of air consists of nine steps:

1. Collection of air sample through the collector Andersen;

2. Measurement of concentration of aerobiodispersoids to maintain local hygiene;

3. Measurement of the ambient temperature to maintain the

appropriate levels in accordance with the requirements of ANVISA;

4. Control of humidity;

5. The speed control of the air;

6. The presence of allowable CO2 emissions;

7. Send the collected material to an accredited laboratory;

8. Cultivation in the laboratory, of particles collected in culture medium – Petri dishes – to identify the possible variations of the pattern;

9. Issuance of the report of the air quality analyzed with corrective and preventive actions.

The control of the quality of air of your company is key to maintaining a healthy environment. Prevents respiratory problems and demonstrates the company’s commitment to the well being of those that are in your environment.
